To login to Recycling rewards you must use your full e+ card number without spaces and the password you set on your e+ card account.
If you have forgotten the password on your e+ card account, you can reset one by following the forgotten password process on the e+ site.
A temporary password will be sent to your e+ registered email address.
NOTE: the temporary password will not work in the rewards portalYou must enter this temporary password in the login page of the e+ site to set your own chosen password.
When you enter the temporary password, you will be prompted to set your own password which must be entered twice.
The password you set will work in the Recycling rewards site.
